The Circle of Goddesses aims to raise $20,000 in support of the restaging of IONA’s tour de force, ‘DESTINY’, on June 18 & 19, 2011 at the Hawaii Theatre Center. We seek to bring together a unique group of women from our community whose energy and vision will support the season’s riches. In return, we will honor these women for who they are and what they bring to our community through their gifts.

As we enter this new millennium, we see the need for women to be recognized and empowered, and the great call for healing – our planet and ourselves. Support for the restaging of DESTINY will enable IONA to present this landmark work centered around the polarities of male and female, nature and science, east and west, and body and soul.  The drive to believe in a divine destiny is deeply human, as is the scientific drive to manipulate human destiny.  Your gift will unveil our DESTINY on June 18 & 19, 2011.
